Join our team as a trainee
We assist with internships in a number of fields, preferably in co-operation with schools.
STEAG and its subsidiaries also offer around 70 young people a future in industrial/technical and commercial professions each year. We are looking for trainees who have a curious mind and who actively participate – for instance, by making suggestions as to where and how they can support their team. In return, you will be given the opportunity to take on responsibility for subprojects of your own, right from the beginning. Training periods start in autumn each year, so the applicant selection process begins in late summer of the previous year. Please apply for your desired training place in good time via the STEAG Careers Portal. Your application will be followed up by a preselection process, an aptitude test and a face-to-face interview. Industrial/technical training
- Electronics engineer for plant technology
- Industrial technician
- Mechatronics technician
Commercial training
- Industrial clerk
- Industrial clerk with a Bachelor of Arts degree (Business Administration / International Management)
